I have nothing against the woman, but it boggles the mind how someone with such a privileged upbringing can seemingly represent a culture she knows nothing about. I mean, I just can't take someone wearing urban clothes and gyrating against a car down an alleyway in a city, when she grew up as a rich republican. I just cannot get my head around it. Hell, I'm a white boy from England and I'm more 'street' than she is!; P So, beyonce fans - enlighten me! Or you know, flame or agree, whatever you'd like!

Haha, I get your point. Obviously everyone is free to express themselves anyway they see fit, I guess what irks me is the concept of a rich girl acting like a poor girl.

It's a common thing in the UK too - you get these rich college kids who come to the city, and try to intergrate into a culture they just don't really get - it's funny, but also kind of annoying. I think I got my info from wikipedia about her upbringing, it says she grew up in a big house and had a very privelaged background, as well as her family being religious republicans (I thought you had to be rich to a religious republican lol).
