Hp Photosmart 5520 All-in-one Wireless Color Inkjet Printer Reviews
We purchased this printer to go with our new Dell laptop. Set up went flawlessly. We especially like the way there are videos to watch on the screen on how to load the ink and paper. You can play it, stop it, and replay it again and again until you understand how to do it. Seeing it makes it easier to understand than just reading it.
Setting it up the wireless connection (done without the use of a USB connection.hence no USB cord is needed) was very easy. Once the laptop was set up our IPad went without a hitch.
We haven't used much yet, but if it continues to work this way this is an excellent purchase. If I could go back in time to when the first s***-head, Hewlett Packard designer thought to themselves, 'Hey, you know what I'm going to do?

After a little over a year, I recently needed to change my black ink cartridge and it resulted in me not being able to print documents at all! And now because it is over a year, I cannot even get my money back.
The only option I was presented was to pay HP a $200 fee to fix my printer --- that's the cost of the damn printer!!! Shame on HP, Shame on Nairi Systems Inc. (the company via Amazon that I bought this from) and shame on Amazon for allowing such a crappy product to be sold on their website without true customer compensation. An all-around major disappointment! We purchased this printer to go with our new Dell laptop. Set up went flawlessly. Once the laptop was set up our IPad went without a hitch. We haven't used much yet, but if it continues to work this way this is an excellent purchase. I am impressed, not only with the product itself (a replacement for an identical printer I had that developed a glitch after many years), but also with the seller, 'Erelac.' I was able to contact him/her when I was having trouble setting the printer up (turns out I needed to remove the old printer from my computer). S/he patiently offered guidance until the printer was working fully, having promised in an early email, ' I will do my absolute best to help you get it work.' S/he was good to his/her word.
