The overall design of the Terrano is similar to that of the new X-Trail and Pathfinder. The flared wheel-arches make the Terrano look aggressive, distinguishing it from most of Nissan’s models in India. The top-end version of the Terrano gets 10-spoke machine-finished petal shaped alloy-wheels, they feel premium but somehow look a little out-of-place on the muscular car. Powderfinger is an alternative rock band based in Australia. The band formed in Brisbane, Australia, in 1989, and since 1992 their line-up has consisted of vocalist Bernard Fanning, guitarists Darren Middleton and Ian Haug, bassist John Collins, and drummer Jon Coghill. Powderfinger became a commercial success with their third studio album Internationalist in 1998. Since then they have released several hit singles and award-winning works earning them a total of fifteen ARIA Awards. Numerous Powderfinger albums have reached platinum status multiple times, and rankings in the top 100 of Australian music charts. Odyssey Number Five, Powderfinger's most successful album to date, earned over eight platinum certifications and ARIA Awards in five different categories. After the release of their first DVD These Days: Live in Concert and a 'best of' release, Powderfinger announced a hiatus in 2005.

The announcement of a two month-long nationwide tour with Silverchair entitled Across the Great Divide tour followed the release of their sixth studio album, Dream Days at the Hotel Existence in June 2007. Across their sixteen year career, Powderfinger has been actively involved in philanthropic causes. In 2005, Powderfinger performed at a WaveAid concert in Sydney, to help raise funds for areas affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake.

Another performance at the Sydney Opera House in October 2007 raised funds for breast cancer victims and their families. The aim of their recent Across the Great Divide tour was to promote the efforts of Reconciliation Australia, and to promote awareness of the seventeen year gap in life expectancy between Indigenous and non-Indigenous children.

Powderfinger is considered by many classic rock fans to be one of the best bands in the New York tri-state area. Bob Goetz (bass & vocals, currently a first call sub on the Broadway smash “Rock of Ages”) and Norman Dodge (guitar & vocals) have been working together for over 21 years.

This has resulted in an extensive song list, which enables them to field most requests from their audience, making for an interactive experience not offered by most other bands. Along with Ronnie Negro (drums & vocals, also a first call Rock of Ages sub), Powderfinger methodically replicates all your classic rock favorites mostly note for note. No musical interpretation here. They play the songs the way they were meant to sound and the way you want to hear them.

Under the direction of their experienced bandleader Bob, they have years of professionally dealing with corporate and private clientele. No event is too big or too small!

From The Allman Brothers to ZZ Top and everything in between A to Z, if it's classic rock, they can probably do it. And if they can't, they will learn it for you!

You are guaranteed a great musical experience! The video was filmed on the closing night of the world famous Back Fence on Bleecker St. In NYC for those of you who have been there.

It's hard to convey in writing how great my experience with Powderfinger was from start to finish. Bob from Powderfinger was professional and completely accomodating from the very first contact, and after talking with him, I knew they were perfect for our event.

What can I say about the performance? Brilliant, engaging, great music, great sound, hated to see it end.

I received so many compliments after the show from people who absolutely loved them. I guess the best thing I could say about Powderfinger is that I enjoyed them so much I can't wait for the next time I need a classic rock band or duo, because I will most certainly be contacting them!
